I provide 45 minute in person and online Personal Training sessions focused on building strength, by properly, using various weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises; as well I incorporate endurance training, HIIT exercises and core training to help clients get into the best shape of their lives.
Wellness Life Coaching:
I provide 60 minute, online, coaching focused on all 4 systems- mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. I walk alongside my clients on their journey towards bringing balance and peace to all systems simultaneously. I provide the tools and techniques for clients to use to help incorporate the skills necessary for the life they desire to live, and are worth living. As well, we make an intentional effort to maintain the chosen path for a prosperous and joyous, life adventure in this world.
